Week of March 28th

Relay for Life was a huge success. I am so very proud of our class. As a class we raised around $200. We raised $100 last week alone. We talked a lot about giving with a cheerful heart and about how our giving would help others! I was one proud teacher :).

UPDATE: I wanted to give you all an update about Little Miss Finley (as the kids affectionately call her). We found out over Spring Break that she is in the breech position. Since she has refused to move (despite her never-ending efforts), I will be having her via c-section next Wednesday, April 6th. My last day will be Tuesday, April 5th. I look forward to soaking up as much time with the kiddos before I leave. I will be back at the end of May and look forward to seeing everyone then. I promise to post some pictures and a few updates here on the blog. Cynthia Apter, as you know, will take over for me. She will not, however, be using the blog to communicate with you. She will send out a mass email with updates and information. Please make sure to look for those. Her email address is: cyapter@shorecrest.org. Please use this to contact her. I would like to be ccd on emails that you find important for me to be made aware of. Please know that I will not be responding but following along. Please continue to follow Dr. Bianco's blog for information. If you feel you would like to sit and chat with Cynthia at any point, feel free to contact her and set up a conference. Thank you so much for your love and support during this very exciting time!
