Robust Vocabulary and Student-Friendly Explanations:
clutched - If you clutched something, you held it tightly.
clambered - If you clambered, you climbed with both hands and feet.
clumsy - When you trip and fall, or when you can't move easily, you may feel clumsy.
ached - If you ached, you felt sore or were in pain.
feud - If you have a feud with someone, you have a big argument.
superior - If you are superior, you are the best.
refuse - If you refuse something, you don't want it.
insult - If you insult someone, you say something mean.
* The students will have assessments at the end of the week covering the spelling/challenge, robust, and high-frequency words. Please practice these daily with your kids!
